Starting from data referring to January 2005, some municipalities autonomously produce and disseminate the consumer price indices with reference to their own area.
These indices are made available at 11.00 a.m. on the same date and at the same time as the provisional estimate of the consumer price indices disseminated by Istat.
The 36 provincial capital are: Ancona, Aosta, Bari, Bergamo, Bologna, Bolzano, Brescia, Cagliari, Como, Cremona, Ferrara, Firenze, Genova, Grosseto, Milano, Modena,
Napoli, Novara, Padova, Palermo, Parma, Perugia, Piacenza, Pisa, Pistoia, Reggio Calabria, Rimini, Roma, Rovigo, Terni, Torino, Trieste, Udine, Varese, Venezia, Verona.
