Final balances of social security funds

The publication presents the analysis of final balances of Italian social security funds classified according to several types. Social benefits provided for welfare, assistance and health, social
security contributions by employers and by employees and personnel expenses are the final balances items examined in details.

The statistical tables contain data about revenues, expenditures and personnel costs by economic item and type of social security institution. These data are also contained in the enclosed CD-ROM in Excel format.

How to buy the print edition

The print edition is available in the Statistical Information Centres, located in every Italian region and autonomous province; it may also be purchased in bookshops collaborating with Istat or by filling out the appropriate order form.
