The National Institute of Statistics is committed to publishing data and analyses obtained from surveys and censuses widely and promptly.

Data provided on-line are free, while publications (except those for general release), CD-ROMs and personalised data analyses are provided at a charge in order to cover production costs. With regard to the latter, data are provided in accordance with regulations that safeguard statistical secrecy; the issuing department will duly communicate costs and the time required for the operation to the user.
